Every aspect of Westair´s business is operated within the bounds of strict quality standards, designed to ensure we offer the highest possible level of service to our clients.

Regular internal audits are conducted by our team of in-house auditors, providing direct feedback and opportunities for improvement in each department. The internal audit program is supplemented with external audits conducted by companies and business colleagues such as DHL and Anglo-American and, from a regulatory point of view, the Namibian Directorate of Civil Aviation.

We also actively seek feedback and suggestions from our passengers in the form of regular, in-depth customer service surveys. These assist in ensuring we are continually improving our services to the benefit of our various clients.

Westair is currently working towards compliance with and eventual certification in ISO 9001 standards, enabling us to guarantee our systems and service at an internationally recognized level.
